How to Book Your Room

1. Go to the Reserve Your Room Here Tab

Click the Website button to be directed to the wedding booking page.

2. Select Your Dates

Dates May 13–May 17 (4-night minimum stay) will be preselected.

If you’d like to arrive earlier or stay longer, adjust your dates before clicking View Rates.

3. Choose Your Room

The room block includes the Grand Deluxe Garden View room.

You may select this option or scroll down to upgrade to a different room category.

4. Add Your Guests

Enter the number of adults and children.

Please note the occupancy limits for each room type.

Click Update, then select your preferred room type.

5. Select Transportation

Complimentary transportation is automatically included.

You may upgrade to private transportation for an additional cost.

6. Enter Guest Information

Click Continue, then enter guest names, contact details, and any special requests.

When finished, click Go to Pay.

Payment Options

You may choose one of the following:

Option 1: Pay in Full

Enter your full payment at checkout.

Option 2: Pay 31 Days Prior to Arrival

What to Expect:

- Enter your credit card information at checkout

- You will receive a confirmation email

- You will also receive a second email titled “Wedding Reservation Payment”

- Use that link to submit your $100 deposit

You may continue using this link to make payments up until 30 days prior to arrival

If you lose the payment link, feel free to reach out and a new one can be sent.

Important Reminder

The remaining balance will be automatically charged 31 days prior to arrival using the original card on file

If you would like to use a different card, please complete payment at least 32 days prior to avoid the automatic charge
